Tasha brings over a decade of experience coaching ambitious, creative humans to stop self-abandoning and start creating routines, systems, and goals that feel doable instead of draining. After burning out so badly she was bedbound and lost both of her businesses, she discovered the trauma-informed, nervous-system-based approach we now teach.
Brandon brings a grounded, real-talk lens as a caregiver, business owner, and someone who’s lived the pressure to always be “on.” He shares the everyday wins and setbacks, the humor, honesty, and small practices, that make nervous system regulation practical in real life.
