These aren't character flaws and they're not bad habits you need to fight off. They're stress responses, and they show up hardest when you're closest to something that actually matters.

I am a coach and strategist for coaches and creatives who are recovering from Perfectionism and Burnout.  

After busting my ass for over a decade in my first 6 figure business, I ended up burnt out and bed-bound. 

While fighting for my life, I learned that I had been living in survival mode and the constant fight/flight response hijacked my ability to achieve my goals in a healthy and sustainable way. And the more I questioned the what and why I ended up so sick, the more I saw the methodologies for productivity, consistency, etc. were taught by able-bodied, cis-hetero, rich, christian, white men. 

I discovered the hard way that the bro-dude hustle and grind approach to business and ‘success’ was not designed with my well-being or with unique life circumstances in mind.

And those success strategies don't work for the global majority either. 

My mission is to show you another way. I’ve spent years studying neuroscience, the impact of female biology and human behavior and testing how to create a simple and practical approach to realizing your dreams and desires that honors your highly unpredictable and often demanding life. 👉🏼 I walk you through a series of exercises to get underneath all the rules, obligations and expectations that you have been pouring your time and energy into to get to the heart and soul of YOUR dreams and desires.

👉🏼 You’ll identify your specific coping mechanisms that have kept you in the fight/flight/freeze cycle and rewrite the story of your real achievements in life and business.

👉🏼 By the end of day 1, you’ll know exactly what to focus on, how to use your limited energy and attention, and what to do for self-care so that you can create consistent momentum without burning out or missing life’s memorable micro moments.


Day 2: Practical Manifestation in Motion

👉🏼 I will demystify Manifesting, Abundance and all the crucial nuances left out of mainstream goal conversations so you can use these concepts in a practical way.

👉🏼 You will design and build your vision boards in real time. Then I’ll show you how to use neuroscience to hack your brain and make it EASY to manifest everything you want and need.
