This goes for everything - daily tasks, big projects and pretty much every conversation you’ll ever have. 

The videos and the resources on this page are will help you get back in touch with your body, and teach you how to navigate your daily stressors and triggers with a lot less intensity and a lot more calm and ease. 

These videos will be your go-to secret weapon for kicking anxiety’s ass anytime you need to.

Ps. regulating your nervous system is all about creating and feeling safety - so if you are feeling a little shy or self conscious then you may want to consider finding a quiet place to do these exercises alone so you don’t accidentally create stress instead of relieving it

Pps. this only takes a few minutes - set an intention (and a reminder on your phone) for 5 minutes a day. Give it a full 7 days and you’ll feel like a brand new you …pro tip: anchor it to something you do already: breakfast, bedtime, showering, etc.
