In this 2 hour session, we dig into exactly what you want, and help you create a customized strategy to get there.
Using your specific Complex Life Circumstances (ADHD, health conditions, caregiving demands, cycle phase super powers, etc.) we create an action plan so you can become the version of yourself that has exactly what you want.
You'll know exactly what skills, habits, practices and environmental factors to focus your time, energy and attention on to achieve your goal.
How it works:
- You receive & complete a questionnaire that gets into the nitty gritty of your vision/goal
- 1 60 min Live session with Tasha & Brandon to ask you follow up questions, get even more clarity
- We take that information and create a 3 phase strategy to achieve your goal and send you a video explaining the strategy, you make notes of questions you have, ideas, etc.
- During our final 1 hour Live session, we address those questions, tweak the plan and offer any additional strategic suggestions
- Then you have a document and all video replays to reference after
