Before Bootcamp... 

I was unaware of how nervous, dysregulated and distracted I was/am/could be. Being a (recovering)people pleaser almost always aware and somewhat worried about everything. And truly, relaxing was zoning out while still thinking about shit I had to do or hadn't done - which isn't helpful at all. 

Now I am soooo much more aware of the state of my nervous system which makes the nervousness less intense. I'm much more of an observer of how my body and brain react to things people say and do. I know that I have many options - staying in a state dysregulation is not the only one. This program was perfectly timed in my journey and just what I needed.
