Being a perfectionist used to be a glowing characteristic for many of us - our attention to detail, our high quality of work and deliverables in personal and professional experiences. But we now know the perfectionism tendencies are extremely limiting and often times responsible for missing opportunities to be seen, heard, and loved as the full humans we are.
